Junior Project Manager

Job Description

MacDonell Welding and Metal Working Ltd. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing a number of small teams and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our project management.

Essential Duties:

• Work with the Project Manager to ensure that all project management activities are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with MacDonell Welding and Metal Working Ltd. standards.
• Create reports for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the daily operations of the tools.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all projects are running smoothly.
• Manage the project process from start to finish.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently on projects as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required in combination with experience in a related field.

A company vehicle, gas card, cellphone, laptop, and tablet are included in the employment package.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
