Join our dynamic fitness team as a Pilates Instructor and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals through engaging, effective, and safe Pilates classes. In this role, you will lead group and individual sessions that emphasize core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Duties
- Design and deliver engaging Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Assess clients' fitness levels and develop customized workout plans that align with their goals.
- Demonstrate correct exercise form, body mechanics, and breathing techniques to maximize effectiveness.
- Incorporate knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to enhance program effectiveness and prevent injury.
- Motivate participants through energetic instruction, encouraging progression and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and well-maintained.
- Track client progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles combined with expertise in group fitness instruction.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and sports coaching to inform safe practice.
- Experience in program design for diverse populations with varying fitness levels.
- Ability to teach other modalities such as Yoga, Dancing, CrossFit, or Cycling is a plus for creating versatile classes.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate clients and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Background in personal training or fitness sales enhances client engagement and retention strategies.
- Passion for health club environments with a focus on delivering high-energy classes that inspire movement and confidence.
