We are seeking a highly
organized Marketing Coordinator to help manage day -to -day marketing
operations, tradeshows, content execution, lead generation, and data reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination,
problem -solving, and supporting cross -functional marketing initiatives.
Marketing & Content Support
• Coordinate digital marketing
campaigns and assist with content execution.
• Support email outreach and internal communications related to marketing
initiatives.
• Manage social media posting, monthly content calendars, and basic engagement.
• Help organize and update marketing materials (brochures, presentations, spec
sheets).
• Support outbound lead
generation using Apollo.
• Maintain accurate lead and campaign data inside Zoho CRM.
• Assist with follow -up workflows for tradeshow leads, website inquiries, and
outbound campaigns.
• Plan and organize tradeshow
participation, including coordinating booth logistics, shipping, and services.
• Prepare signage, samples, marketing kits, and event assets.
• Provide post -show reporting and lead summaries.
• Support onsite execution when required (light travel).
• Track marketing project
timelines, status updates, and deliverables.
• Compile monthly stats on campaigns, website performance, engagement, and
lead -gen metrics.
• Assist with reporting for tradeshow ROI, lead quality, and campaign
performance.
• Monitor marketing databases for accuracy and provide insights where
improvements can be made.
• Conduct basic market and
competitor research.
• Assist with product launch preparation and internal communications.
• Support Sales, Product, and Operations with marketing -related requests.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or administrative experience.
• Experience with tools such as Zoho CRM, Apollo, and
Microsoft Office.
• Basic familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is an
asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Tradeshow or event experience is a strong asset.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reports, and performance
metrics.
• Experience with WordPress (uploading content, managing pages).
• Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, metadata, alt tags).
• Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows (ChatGPT, Midjourney,
Firefly, AI image generation,
campaign automation, or data summarization).
• Experience in B2B, lighting, design, manufacturing, or architectural
products.
• Interest in design, interiors, architecture, or retail environments.
