Overview Front of House (FOH) Manager

A Front of House Manager at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, assists the General Manager with the Restaurant's daily operations. This includes supporting the training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Front of House Manager supports the team to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Proserve, ReelFacts and Protect required
  • Previous management experience is ideal (1-2 years)
  • Boston Pizza experience is an asset (1 year )
  • Availability - days, evenings and weekends
  • Lead a team of 50 employees between front and back of house
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisifaction
  • Help train, motivate and develop team members
  • Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness and safety standards are being met
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Looking to expand and grow within a company
