Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer (m/f/d)

Salary: 70.000 - 110.000 € gross per year

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale our Salesforce platform. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into robust solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. You will work closely with Sales and Sales Operations and play a key role in shaping our CRM landscape.

Your tasks

• 
  
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  
• Define data models, integration patterns, security concepts, and automation strategies
  
• Act as the architectural authority for Salesforce-related decisions
  
• Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard configuration
  
• Monitor platform performance and proactively resolve technical issues
  
• Support release management and deployment activities
  

Your skills

• 
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture
  
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
  
• Deep understanding of declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, security model)
  
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce
  
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience as Salesforce developer or Architect
  
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
