Wipro is looking for a Solution Architect – EPR & Digital Transformation to join our dynamic Healthcare team. As the Solution Architect, you will design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions supporting the digital transformation agenda, with a focus on Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of EPR solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solution architectures supporting digital transformation.
Develop end‑to‑end solution architectures, integrating EPR systems with other clinical and non‑clinical applications.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
Champion data governance, security, and privacy best practices in line with GDPR requirements.
Mandatory Skills
Solution architecture within or large healthcare organisations.
EPR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, System C, Allscripts).
Clinical workflows, data standards (SNOMED CT, HL7, FHIR), and interoperability.
Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and data architecture principles.
Designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and messaging platforms.
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Data governance, information security, and GDPR compliance.
Stakeholder management and communication.
National healthcare IT programmes.
Clinical safety standards (DCB0129, DCB0160).
Business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools.
