is expanding our Business Loan Division, and we're looking for experienced, driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-moving environment. We provide flexible, fast-access financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across Canada—helping entrepreneurs secure the capital they need to grow.

What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach and cold calling
• Build and manage a pipeline of business owners seeking financing
• Understand borrower needs and match them with appropriate lending solutions
• Guide prospects through the application and funding process
• Maintain strong relationships with business clients and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales strategy and market positioning

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Comfort and confidence with cold calling
  and outbound prospecting
• Experience selling lending, financial, or B2B products is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in a commission-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for uncapped earnings
• Professional, reliable, and highly self-motivated
