Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
• Track and report on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI
• Update and maintain website content, blog posts, and social channels
• Support brand-building initiatives and marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in administrative support and/or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Bonus: Experience in construction, landscaping, or related industries
