Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary
As an employee at Bosley's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. Responsibilities
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos
- Upsell additional items to increase sales revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse customer needs

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is advantageous
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and maintaining accurate transaction records

Job Type: Part-time
