Stolen Bell Distillery is thrilled to announce the recently opened venue, featuring a sophisticated cocktail lounge and a vibrant restaurant. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as part-time Kitchen All Rounder , starting as soon as possible.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, washing and cutting vegetables.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen where needed to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Support serving staff by helping wash cutlery, glassware and other equipment
• Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is essential.
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Eager to learn and work as part of a team
