Real Estate Buyer'S Sales Agent

We are looking for a dedicated Buyer's Sales Agent who loves working directly with clients, has strong people skills, and wants to grow their business with full team support behind them. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding buyers from first conversation to keys in hand, and wants predictable systems, warm leads, and a team that helps them close more deals with confidence.

You will thrive here if you are motivated, organized, and excited to work with a steady flow of buyers who are ready to take action. We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows a simple system, and cares about delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Compensation:

$80,000 commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
