Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concession stand, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage a team of concession workers, providing guidance and support
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the concession area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and cash handling
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
