Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry and organization tasks as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve cleaning processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
