Restaurant Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Prior experience in food industry settings such as hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environments is highly valued. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food safety protocols, and ensuring excellent dining experiences for our customers.

Duties

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Leading/instructing individuals
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

• 7 months to less than 1 year
