Corporate Trainer- Dotnet

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions (ILT, ILO, FMAT) on .NET technologies including: .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Blazor, WPF, WCF.
• Design and develop customized training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as required to ensure content relevance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Support learners through query resolution, mentoring, and project guidance.
• Collaborate with curriculum development teams to enhance learning programs.
• Continuously improve instructional delivery using feedback and new learning strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Blazor, and .NET Framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Ability to create structured and engaging learning experiences for corporate professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
