Über
Reporting to the Spa Director, the Spa Receptionist provides exceptional customer service while ensuring the well-being of guests and the tranquility of the spa. They also ensure that the facilities remain clean and safe.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle Spa Nordique reservations at the front desk by phone or email
Promote the Spa's services
Enter treatments into the designated software
Advise clients on products available in the Spa boutique
Process client payments
Ensure deposits are always accurate
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Use the available technologies efficiently
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal, due to the nature of tasks or interactions with colleagues, partners, or clients across Canada – a major asset
Experience in customer service
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
Enjoy working with the public and maintaining a friendly approach
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
