About this roleThe Partner Operations Analyst is a critical position within our newly merged Partner Operations team, which serves as the operational engine for the entire partner lifecycle. This team is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing all processes and systems from partner identification, acquisition, onboarding, and activation, through to partner growth, retention, and long-term health.
As a Partner Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and scalable path for partners, contributing to a world-class experience from their first touchpoint to sustained success. You will support the team in driving operational excellence, maintaining data integrity, and providing crucial analytics to inform decision-making across the partner journey. This role requires the ability to react quickly to changing business priorities and provide actionable insights.
Location: Winnipeg or Toronto office
Work Arrangement: Hybrid- 3 days a week in-office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Manager Partnerships Operations
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:- Support the full partner lifecycle, from initial identification and lead qualification to onboarding, offboarding, and managing at-risk accounts.
- Help design and optimize operational workflows and cadences for the Sales and Account Management teams, including pipeline management, Deal Desk, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Aid in developing and managing operational processes for commercial growth, such as renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and partner expansion.
- Act as the business owner for key go-to-market and partner success systems (e.g., CRM).
- Champion and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with internal teams to define data requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports focused on key GTM metrics, including lead conversion, pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention rates, and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership across the entire partner lifecycle.
- Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a Finance/Data role specifically supporting a sales function (preferably in food delivery or e-commerce).
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leadership to drive territory planning, partner segmentation, and incentive compensation design.
- Strong background in data analysis, with proficiency querying large sales datasets using SQL/GBQ and building performance trackers in dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data to identify funnel trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
