*The Opportunity*
We are seeking an exceptional Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping kids and young adults gain independence, confidence, and daily living skills. This role is fully in-home and community based, giving you the chance to meet clients where they feel most comfortable and make a real impact in their everyday environment.

*What You Will Do*
* Complete thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans centered around patient goals
* Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in homes and occasionally community settings
* Teach families, caregivers, and support teams how to use adaptive tools, techniques, and routines for maximum independence
* Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity and excellence in treatment
* Track progress, adjust treatment strategies, and maintain accurate documentation
* Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while championing their long-term success
*What You Bring*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
* Licensed OT in the state of Arizona
* Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
* Current CPR, Article 9, and lifesaving training
* NBCOT Certification
* Experience with pediatrics or young adults preferred
* The ability to work independently and manage a caseload responsibly
* Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance
* A warm personality, a high level of enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to bring positive energy into every session
