*Role Purpose*
As a Junior IT Support Engineer Apprentice, you will provide technical support to Sedulo staff across all offices, both in person and remotely. You’ll assist with day-to-day troubleshooting, device configuration, system maintenance, and the administration of Microsoft 365, while building your skills across cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
*Role Objectives *
* Provide first line technical support across all offices (onsite and remote).
* Troubleshoot issues with Windows 11 laptops, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Log and document tickets, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk system.
* Set up laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts following company standards.
* Carry out maintenance tasks including updates, backups, and system monitoring.
* Assist with device inventory, asset management, and equipment labelling.
* Follow cybersecurity best practices when handling credentials and user data.
* Support disaster recovery testing and documentation.
*Your knowledge, skills & experience*
* Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) account management.
* User onboarding/offboarding processes (mailboxes, permissions, Teams, OneDrive).
* Intune device management and compliance processes.
* Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) basics.
* Network fundamentals: routers, switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi SSIDs.
* PC/laptop building or troubleshooting experience.
* Basic familiarity with PowerShell, Intune, or Active Directory (even home lab experience included)
