Job Description

As a Director of Commercial & Business Development, you will shape strategic market direction, lead sales campaigns, build client relationships, and manage contract negotiations across all service groups. Your role will focus on pursuing union, open shop, and professional services project opportunities. Up to 25% travel may be required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, Lead Services, and Business Analysis Programs is essential.
What would you be doing?

  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to showcase capabilities and drive cross-business synergies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and prioritize customer outreach.
  • Provide timely reports on business opportunities and client activities.
  • Represent FLINT Corp at industry events to enhance company visibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, and professional services.
  • Experience in organizations with 1500+ employees.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation within these sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the national client base and market dynamics.
