The Role

This pivotal role is responsible for driving feed optimization strategies using AI and automation, ensuring sustainable growth, and leading a high-performing team within our Operations Centre. Qualifications:

• Degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Animal Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in aquaculture operations, feed strategy, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies in aquaculture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
