As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to the success of our logistics network by maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your workspace. Safety is a top priority; you must strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform consistent lifting and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort products for outgoing shipments.
- Verify order details and product information for accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Load and unload shipments as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform duties requiring frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution process.
