This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A strong commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. We prioritize a culture of Safety , and all employees are expected to rigorously follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE . This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. This is a valuable opportunity to gain experience and build a career within the Logistics sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and unloading incoming shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately picking products according to order specifications using scanners or lists.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for transit.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Assisting with inventory control tasks and cycle counts.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards.
