Our busy Houston, Texas distribution center is searching for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our logistics team! This role is fundamental to our operation, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and then carefully packing them for transit. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are essential for success. You'll be working with a diverse range of products, and maintaining an organized workspace is key. This position involves significant physical activity, including constant movement, bending, and Lifting of items that can weigh up to 50 lbs. We maintain a strong focus on Safety and require all employees to strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear mandated PPE . Training will be provided on best practices for order picking and packing, as well as safe equipment usage. Understanding the flow of Logistics and contributing to timely order fulfillment is paramount.
