We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will play a crucial role in our logistics chain, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies, including mandatory use of PPE and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of wearing appropriate PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or scanning devices is beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic logistics principles is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a warehouse setting and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to strictly follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Ability to meet established performance standards.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
