We are seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Associate for our growing operation in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. Our Logistics operations depend on your efficiency and attention to detail. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is essential, and you must consistently follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE . This position requires individuals who are physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We are looking for motivated, organized, and reliable team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and boxing.
- Receive and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of wearing PPE .
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is beneficial.
