Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to our success, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be instrumental in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and productive work environment, so adherence to all Safety guidelines and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The ideal candidate is physically fit, capable of consistent Lifting, and possesses a strong work ethic. You will work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Continuous training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge of our operations.Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
