This role is key to ensuring the seamless operation of our distribution center, handling a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory. Accurately stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Pick customer orders using order lists and scanning technology. Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit. Prepare shipments for outbound delivery. Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE. Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to safety and proper lifting techniques is paramount for all associates.
