Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Participate in regular warehouse organization and cleaning initiatives.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE correctly.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is advantageous.
