Liberty Furniture is seeking a hands-on Project Manager who also functions as a Business Analyst. This is a hybrid role on a small, fast-moving IT & Digital team where you will lead projects end-to-end and also roll up your sleeves to document requirements, analyze data, map workflows, and work directly with business users. The work touches ecommerce, operations, sales, supply chain, customer service and internal systems—making this a high-impact position with broad visibility across the organization.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage IT and business-critical projects across ecommerce, ERP (Dynamics GP), CRM (Dynamics CRM), reporting, integrations, and internal systems.
* Perform full Business Analyst responsibilities—including stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow mapping.
* Build project plans, run sprint planning, manage timelines, track dependencies, and maintain backlogs.
* Support improvements across order management, inventory, supply chain, customer experience, and sales tools.
* Assist in developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting using Power BI.
* Use SQL or Python as needed to support data validation and decision-making.
* Lead testing and QA, support user acceptance, and coordinate change management during system rollouts.
* Contribute to maturing Liberty’s internal PMO structure by introducing process discipline and documentation standards.
* Use Asana or Jira to manage tasks and visibility across teams, local or overseas.
What You Bring
* 3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA.
* Experience delivering IT projects, ecommerce enhancements, or internal system improvements (manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B a plus).
* Strong capability in requirements gathering, workflow design, process mapping, and documentation.
* Exposure to Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
* Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python a plus.
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems—Dynamics GP and/or Dynamics CRM strongly preferred.
* Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
* Experience using Asana, Jira or similar PM tools.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfort working in a lean team—able to switch between PM leadership and BA execution.
* A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and enabling teams.
Why Liberty Furniture
* Direct influence on Liberty’s digital, ecommerce, and IT transformation.
* Broad exposure to operations, sales, ecommerce, and internal systems.
* Leadership that values modernization, innovation, and structured operations.
* Stable, family-owned company with strong financial foundation.
* Competitive compensation and benefits.
