As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you will help perform quality assessments on inbound calls, outbound calls, and other communication channels of patient services representatives on their level of quality. Each day, you will audit accounts, review data and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. To thrive in this role, you must have knowledge of operational procedures and assist in identifying opportunities for agent performance improvement, as well as process improvement. Here is what you will experience working as a Quality Assurance Specialist: Perform quality audits: Assess quality of customer service/agent performance and adherence to R1 standards by monitoring recorded inbound and outbound calls and other communication channels and account activity. Record audit results: Document specific, constructive feedback to agents to help them improve their performance. Identify and report trends/reoccurring issues; provide more detailed feedback to help management understand root-cause. Assist with PSR coaching as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives with management, training, and operations team. Assist with special projects/performs other duties as assigned. Required skills: 2 years of quality assurance experience For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.88 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The healthcare system is always evolving
