This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products carefully for shipment, ensuring they are well-protected.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified operators).
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Participate in team efforts to meet productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
