We have an exciting opportunity for a diligent Order Picker in our warehouse located in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in accurately retrieving items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your day will involve using RF scanners, navigating aisleways, and ensuring the correct product and quantity are picked. Precision and speed are key to success in this fast-paced logistics environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory by carefully handling products and reporting any discrepancies. A strong commitment to safety is expected, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following all warehouse safety guidelines. If you are a self-starter with a good eye for detail and enjoy working in an active setting, this is the role for you. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations using a pick list or RF scanner.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Safely pack items for shipment, ensuring proper protection.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Understand and contribute to efficient logistics processes.
- Be prepared for tasks involving lifting up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret order details and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a standing and walking environment.
- Comfortable with lifting and handling various products.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
