We have an exciting opening for a meticulous Receiving Clerk at our San Jose, California facility. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our incoming inventory. You will be responsible for receiving all shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damage, and properly documenting all inbound goods. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures are essential for success in this position. This role is key to our logistics chain and requires a dedication to safety .
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and unpack incoming shipments.
- Verify quantities and quality of received goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Inspect items for damage or defects and report any discrepancies.
- Accurately record received goods into the inventory management system.
- Tag and label incoming inventory appropriately.
