We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will ensure the accurate and efficient movement of goods through our logistics hub. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and preparing orders for timely delivery. We prioritize a safe working environment for all our employees, mandating strict adherence to safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand, walk, and work in various warehouse conditions. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments. Storing and organizing inventory in designated areas. Accurately picking and packing customer orders. Loading and unloading delivery trucks. Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE. Contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations through diligent work and attention to detail.
