Our rapidly growing distribution center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, needs enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates! This position is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment, directly impacting our logistics success. We're seeking motivated individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is crucial. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on achieving daily targets. This role involves significant physical activity, including extensive standing and Lifting. We provide all necessary training and emphasize a safe work culture, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Pack products securely, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Conduct quality control checks on all picked and packed items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of new inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity goals for picking, packing, and shipping.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
