Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE correctly.
- Follow all guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics process through diligent work.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety. Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and follow instructions is essential for this role in logistics.
