We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Boston, Massachusetts to play a key role in our e-commerce fulfillment center. This position is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands. You will be an integral part of our Logistics team, ensuring that our products reach customers on time and in excellent condition. A strong focus on accuracy, speed, and Safety is paramount. This role involves significant physical activity, including Lifting and standing for extended periods. Proper use of PPE is required for all warehouse activities. The Fulfillment Associate will work with a team to manage inventory, process returns, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the fulfillment center. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives.
- Process customer returns efficiently.
- Follow all instructions for order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fulfillment or a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
