Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and order accuracy.
- Assist with shipping procedures, including labeling and staging packages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly concerning safety and efficiency.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must wear provided PPE at all times.
- Commitment to workplace safety is paramount.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions.
