Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics hub. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork is required. You will be trained on best practices for lifting, handling materials, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and correctly.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Load and unload shipments as needed.
- Follow all instructions and contribute to team goals.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading and math comprehension.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Experience in a logistics or general labor role is a plus.
