Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. This role involves frequent physical activity and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse setting or with order fulfillment is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
