As a Picker/Packer, you are the frontline ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition. Your day-to-day activities will involve navigating the warehouse, using scanners to locate products, and carefully preparing orders for delivery. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality. Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but we provide thorough training for motivated candidates. This is a great chance to build your career in the exciting world of logistics. We offer competitive wages and a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Accurately pick products based on order forms and scanning technology. Inspect products for defects before packing. Safely and securely pack items to prevent damage during transit. Select appropriate shipping materials and boxes. Label packages accurately for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE. Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned. This position requires standing for extended periods and involves frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Understanding and applying safe lifting techniques is vital.
