Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our San Diego, California location. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center, ensuring efficient operations. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for proactive individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy. Our company prioritizes employee safety, providing comprehensive training and all necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick products from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack orders carefully and accurately, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
  • Prepare shipments for loading, ensuring all documentation is correct.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a strong asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
