We are seeking dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position is essential to our logistics operations, demanding attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. This includes accurately identifying items, ensuring correct quantities, and safely packaging them for transit. Your daily tasks will involve using scanning equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. A strong emphasis is placed on safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct product codes.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and checking for discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
