We are looking for a professional, dependable LPN who enjoys learning, cares about people, and wants to be part of a team that is making healthcare more personal and effective. You should enjoy meaningful patient interactions, appreciate a calm and organized clinic, and bring a friendly energy to the workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide high-quality patient care with a functional medicine mindset
* Perform vitals, triage, assessments, and documentation
* Assist with IV therapy (training provided if needed)
* Support functional medicine testing (GI Map, DUTCH, Nutristat, etc.)
* Prepare exam rooms and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment
* Collaborate closely with the provider to support patient follow-through
* Provide patient education in a clear, supportive, positive tone
Qualifications:
* Active LPN license (ND or compact)
* CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Interest in functional medicine and wellness-based care
* IV experience preferred, but not required

Hourly rate is subject to individual history and certifications, and will be discussed during the interview. Expected rates for an LPN start at $25/hr.
