Job Description

As a Sales Assistant at UNIQLO Europe Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor excellence, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets. You will also be involved in championing our recycling program, promoting repair services, and participating in local community activities.

• Customer Service: Offer a rewarding shopping experience by being attentive and responsive to customers' needs.

• Sales Floor Excellence: Keep the store clean, well-stocked, organised, and beautifully presented to inspire customers.

• Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor customer reactions to our products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels.

• Team Collaboration: Work with all colleagues, offering your support, and helping create a strong, united team.

• Sustainability: Champion our recycling program, promote our repair services, and participate in local community activities.

• Retail Technology: Contribute to content creation for our social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel.
