Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a heart for geriatrics and a vision for leadership? At Henderson Health and Rehab, we’re seeking a motivated Lead Occupational Therapist to guide our dynamic therapy team and help shape the future of care for our residents.
*About the Role:*
As the Lead OT, you’ll provide both hands-on clinical excellence and supportive leadership. Your role will be essential in mentoring staff, enhancing resident outcomes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth. You’ll lead with compassion and purpose—helping residents regain independence and live with dignity.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of occupational therapy experience, preferably in a geriatric or skilled nursing setting
* Hunger for leadership or supervisory experience with strong communication and organizational skills
* A true passion for working with older adults and improving their quality of life
