What You'll Do Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals Design and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environments Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats Support VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructure Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support ★ What You Bring 4+ years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environments Hands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus points for CCNA/CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience ★ Why You'll Love Working Here Transformative Work:

Structure: Begins accruing from day one Expected bonus:
Up to 40%
annually, based on company performance Minimum ROA bonus: 20% annually, paid quarterly Total Compensation Examples:
$70K base + 20% bonus = $84k total base + bonus $75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total base + bonus
