Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a wine-focused menu that showcases our commitment to quality and excellence.

• Create and execute a wine-forward culinary program, including core menu items and rotating seasonal features that showcase the perfect pairing with our wine selection
• Develop tasting menus, wine dinners, and private event menus that complement our wine program and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests
• Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring that standards are met, prep systems are efficient, cleanliness is maintained, ordering is accurate, and service execution is exceptional
• Lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance, training, coaching, and accountability to ensure that our kitchen operates at the highest level
