Pastry Team Member

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Bakery Associate to join our team in producing high-quality baked goods.

The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks in the preparation, production, and packaging stages, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

• Assist in preparing and producing baked goods, including accurately measuring and mixing ingredients, rolling dough, and shaping pastries according to established recipes.
• Operate and maintain various baking equipment safely, such as commercial ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality of products.
• Package and label finished baked goods for display and customer orders, ensuring visual appeal.
• Help manage inventory by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies and communicating ordering needs to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, sanitizing surfaces, and sweeping floors, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
